Not every view tells a story. This one does. The Penthouse Suite at Prins Hendrik Suites sits on the second floor of a listed colonial building, and from your own balcony you look out over historic Paramaribo. The streets, the buildings, the life going on below, you see all of it, but the quiet is yours.
Inside you'll find a king size boxspring bed, a private toilet and shower, a full private kitchen and a stocked minibar. The sitting room, with its sofa bed and smart TV, is furnished with care and makes it easy to do nothing at all when the city gets to be a bit much. Air conditioning, reliable wifi and a ceiling fan complete the picture.
Breakfast is available at €15 per person. On Sundays we serve no breakfast, but that's precisely the day the Sunday market is calling. Fresh local dishes, stalls full of colour and the whole city out on the street. See our Sunday market tour.
Please note: the suite is reached by stairs. There is no lift.

Hele fijne plek om te verblijven. Bart en Dinesh zijn erg vriendelijk en geven over alle dingen in Suriname informatie. Kamers zijn mooi, schoon en zijn leuk ingericht. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven om Paramaribo te ontdekken!

The best accommodation in town. Atmospheric, authentic, well equipped, greatly located, good value for money. An nice insight into Suriname heritage architecture. Attention for detail and pleasant communication. Highly recommended.
